M.C. Dean in the Tysons area is seeking an HVAC Technician 3 to maintain and troubleshoot complex HVAC systems in mission-critical facilities, including data centers. The role involves hands-on work with chillers, VAVs, BAS and related controls under general supervision.

Candidates must have at least 6 years of commercial HVAC experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance. The position offers a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 6+ years of commercial HVAC experience with a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience working with complex HVAC systems and equipment including chillers, boilers, package units, VAV systems.
• Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; ability to obtain TS/SCI.

Responsabilidades

• Perform maintenance on Engineering systems and equipment including chillers, VAVs, HVAC systems and related controls.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and adjust mechanical equipment and systems; perform preventive maintenance.
• Record and report faults and unusual occurrences across HVAC, mechanical, and BAS areas; respond to emergencies.
