Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4+ years of experience on complex HVAC systems.
• Experience with chillers, boilers, VAV, BAS is preferred, with knowledge of safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Monitor building automation systems and ensure performance.
• Mentor less experienced technicians and support on-site operations.
• Record faults and respond to emergency situations to protect occupants.
• Ensure compliance with energy models and manufacturer specifications.
