M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to maintain and troubleshoot critical facility systems in a government or defense-related environment.

The role focuses on the upkeep of chillers, boilers, VAV systems, fire and life-safety equipment, and BAS controls. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of HVAC experience, a high school diploma or GED, and preferably an HVAC training program. Applicants must be able to obtain required security clearances and work in secure facilities as

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required with 6+ years of experience in complex HVAC systems and equipment.
• HVAC technical training or equivalent apprenticeship preferred.
• Must be eligible for security clearance and U.S. Citizenship for access to classified information.

Responsabilidades

• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance tasks on HVAC equipment.
• Inspect and monitor engineering systems and equipment; maintain operating logs.
• Operate and maintain site-critical systems including heating, ventilation, cooling, BAS and life safety.
• Record faults, respond to emergencies, and perform preventive maintenance on chillers, boilers, VAVs, and fire/life safety systems.
• Mentor junior HVAC technicians and ensure compliance with safety standards.
