Job summary

M.C. Dean is seeking an HVAC Technician to maintain critical facilities. You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and operate HVAC equipment including chillers, boilers, VAVs, and BAS to support mission-critical environments.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED with 6+ years of HVAC experience, must meet citizenship/security requirements, and should be ready for shift work. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6+ years HVAC exp.
• Experience with chillers, boilers, VAV systems.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain engineering systems and logs.
• Mentor less experienced HVAC technicians.
• Operate and maintain site-critical HVAC/environmental systems.
• Monitor BAS and fire alarm panels; respond to emergencies.
• Record faults and perform preventive maintenance as required.
