Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking an HVAC technician to service and maintain mission-critical facilities in the Tysons area, supporting cooling systems, boilers, AHUs, and VAVs.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED with 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience, valid EPA Universal certification, and the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance. The position may involve nights, weekends, travel, and on-call responsibilities, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience or 1+ year with an associate degree.
• Experience with chillers, boilers, AHUs and VAV systems and related controls.
• Current CFC/EPA Universal Certification (within 1 year if not held).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment and systems.
• Service air-cooled chillers, boilers, AHUs, VAVs, and related components.
• Document maintenance activities and support 24/7 on-call rotation.
