Job summary

Marshall's Inc. seeks an experienced HVAC residential service technician to perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on HVAC systems, water heaters, and gas fireplaces.

You will follow The Perfect Service Call method to ensure a high-quality customer experience, participate in on-call rotations, and maintain thorough documentation. The role requires 5+ years of experience, valid licenses (Water Heater, LP) and NATE certification, plus strong English communication and safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years HVAC residential service experience.
• Valid driver license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Must have Water Heater Installer's License and LP License.
• NATE Certification in Gas Heating required.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time and dispatch as directed.
• Provide preventative maintenance on HVAC, water heaters and gas fireplaces.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and water heaters.
• Document work with notes and photos in software.
• Explain replacement options and upsell maintenance services.
• Maintain safe operation of equipment and vehicles.
