Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to join our Property Management team in our single-family home portfolio. You will inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and perform routine maintenance to ensure residents experience comfort and reliability.

The role emphasizes cost control, safety compliance with EPA/OSHA, and strong customer service as you work on-site at occupied homes. A valid driver’s license, EPA certification and HVAC credentials are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Certification Required.
• HVAC Certification required/preferred.
• Technical College or Trade Program with HVAC Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess service requests and provide outstanding customer service.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC systems.
• Diagnose advanced issues and repair or replace defective equipment.
• Report major repairs before expenditure; ensure safety.
• Maintain property safety and comply with regulations.
