Job summary

Progress Residential PM Holdings, LLC is hiring a Service Technician III - HVAC to deliver exceptional resident service while controlling costs. You will inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems across our single-family rental homes and perform related maintenance tasks as needed.

The role requires strong customer service, solid diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently within company policies and safety regulations. A valid driver’s license and basic tools are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years in general service and maintenance ( plumbing, electrical, etc.).
• HVAC certification preferred; EPA certification required.
• Experience servicing residential appliances preferred.
• Must have own basic tools and reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license in working state.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in single-family homes.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose and repair advanced HVAC issues and components.
• Report major repairs before expenditures; comply with safety regulations.
• Maintain prompt, professional service and effective resident communication.
