Job summary

Modigent is seeking a Service Foreman (I–IV) to lead HVAC service technicians on commercial repair, maintenance, and retrofit projects. You will oversee daily field operations, ensure high-quality workmanship, and maintain strong customer relationships while guiding safety, productivity, and team development.

Progression through Levels I–IV reflects growing responsibility, technical leadership, and independent management of service operations across multi-site projects within our nationwide

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Proven leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and first-time fix performance.
• Ability to manage schedules, materials, and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily guidance, training, and direction to service technicians on calls and projects.
• Lead and supervise service crews on repair, maintenance, and retrofit work.
• Coordinate with Service Managers and dispatch to plan resources and schedules.
• Ensure safety, quality checks, and accurate documentation on job sites.
• Mentor lower-level technicians and develop team members across levels I–IV.
