Qualifications

• Experience: Level I – 7+ years in HVAC service, 3+ in leadership.
• Level II – 10+ years in HVAC service with 5+ years leadership; P&L preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HVAC service operations for designated territory.
• Supervise Service Foremen, technicians, and staff to ensure quality work.
• Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and resource allocation for efficiency.
• Maintain customer communication, issue resolution, and satisfaction.
• Monitor profitability, labor utilization, and service metrics.
