Modigent is seeking an experienced Service Foreman I - HVAC to lead and mentor service technicians on commercial HVAC repair, maintenance, and light retrofit work. You will guide daily operations, ensure safety and quality, and support customer relationships while growing into broader leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience with emerging leadership experience.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification is required; OSHA 30 preferred.
• NATE or manufacturer training preferred. Driver’s license with clean record required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily guidance and direction to service technicians on calls and projects.
• Oversee basic troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance tasks under leadership guidance.
• Ensure crews follow service procedures, safety requirements, and company policies.
• Assist with material coordination, progress tracking, and documentation.
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce PPE compliance.
• Communicate job status to Service Manager or dispatch.
• Support quality checks and customer communication as directed.
