Job summary

Modigent is seeking a Service Foreman (I–IV) for HVAC to lead commercial service crews on repair, maintenance, and retrofit projects. You will coordinate field operations, mentor junior staff, and partner with dispatch and management to ensure on-time, high-quality service.

This role advances through four levels of responsibility with increasing autonomy and impact. Successful candidates will possess strong HVAC expertise, leadership, and a proven safety record, plus EPA certification and clean

Qualifications

• 5+ years commercial HVAC service experience; emerging leadership experience.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification required.
• OSHA 30 preferred; valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• NATE or manufacturer training preferred.
• Clean driving record and safe work habits.

Responsibilities

• Lead service technicians on calls and projects.
• Coordinate daily service activities, resources, and schedules.
• Ensure safety policies, PPE compliance, and quality workmanship.
• Mentor junior foremen and technicians; drive productivity and customer satisfaction.
