Job summary

Progress Residential in Dallas is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in our single-family homes. You will contribute to a high-quality resident experience while maintaining safety and cost controls.

The role requires five or more years of maintenance experience, EPA and HVAC certifications, own basic tools, and a valid driver’s license. On-call availability and professional conduct are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in general service and maintenance.
• Technical college or trade program with HVAC certification preferred.
• EPA Certification required.
• Experience repairing residential appliances preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in Progress Residential homes.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repairs.
• Diagnose advanced issues and replace defective components.
• Maintain safety and adhere to company policies and regulations.
• On-call availability for weekends and evenings as needed.
