Qualifications

• HVAC/R certification or 4 years of mechanical maintenance experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics and building plans.
• Experience with refrigerant handling and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and calibrate HVAC and refrigeration systems in commercial/industrial settings.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and Refrigerant issues and repair as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration units and walk-ins.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local HVAC/R regulations and safety standards.
• Lead and mentor field teams, providing technical guidance and safety coaching.
• Manage service calls, coordinate with external providers, and maintain records.
• Operate company vehicles safely to complete service assignments.
