Walmart Inc. seeks a skilled Technician, Facility Services, HVAC-Refrigeration to install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in Walmart locations. You will interpret schematics, diagnose issues, and ensure safety and environmental compliance.

You will lead field teams, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate service calls while using digital tools to maintain accurate records. This role requires a valid driver’s license and strong communication to support regional

Qualifications

HVAC&R field experience in commercial/industrial settings required.
Ability to read schematics, layouts, and codes for proper configuration.
EPA 608 refrigerant handling certification and OSHA safety standards desirable.
Experience leading technicians and mentoring on procedures and safety.
Proficient using scheduling, inventory, and service documentation tools.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and calibrate HVAC and refrigeration systems per specs.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues in commercial/industrial systems.
Perform preventive maintenance on walk-ins, reach-ins, and rack systems.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local HVAC/R regulations.
Lead field teams and mentor technicians on procedures and safety.
Coordinate with external providers and manage service calls with digital records.
Operate company vehicles safely within assigned regions.
