Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 7+ years of progressive new product design experience.
• Strong understanding of new product development processes.
• 3D CAD experience.
• Experience with low-voltage PCBA.
• Circuit design experience.
• EDA software experience.
• Knowledge of Lean principles.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of tools, machines, and HVAC/R products.
• Serve as a technical lead and SME on major projects.
• Establish project goals, milestones, and technical solutions.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Transform concepts into production-ready products.
• Develop product specifications and BOMs.
• Design test plans and support product testing.
• Provide advanced production-line technical support.
• Work with vendors to meet component specifications.
• Support new product development and stage-gate reviews.
• Maintain and update production documentation.
• Lead and support engineering team members, including performance management.
