Qualifications

• 8 years of progressively demanding experience in new product design.
• Understanding of the new product development process.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to an audience in a presentation setting.
• Knowledge of lean principles.
• 3D CAD knowledge.
• Electrical: Experience with low voltage PCBA.
• Electrical: Experience with circuit design.
• Electrical: Experience with electronic design automation software.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of tools and machines on projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and guide teams.
• Develop product specifications for ideas and concepts.
• Collaborate with vendors on component specifications.
• Create and execute test plans and perform testing.
• Provide production line support and documentation updates.
• Develop BOMs for ECM system.
