This role provides technical leadership on new product development projects, mentors other engineers, and collaborates with vendors and cross-functional teams to bring concepts into production-ready solutions, while you drive innovation, ensure quality, and adhere to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 8+ years of progressively demanding experience in new product design & development.
• Experience leading engineering projects and providing technical guidance to other engineers.
• Strong 3D CAD knowledge.
• Experience with Infor ERP.
• EPA 608 Certification.
• SolidWorks experience.
• DBWorks or Enterprise PDM experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
