PrimeHire Recruiting is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to lead the design and development of tools, machines, and production solutions for the HVAC/R market in Bloomington, MN.

You will mentor junior engineers and drive projects from initial concepts through production-ready implementations, applying 3D CAD proficiency, PCBA and circuit design expertise, and strong technical leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 8 years of experience in new product design.
• Proficient in 3D CAD and electrical experience with PCBA and circuit design.
• Experience with HVAC/R systems and end-to-end product development.
• Strong ability to lead projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of tools, machines, and production solutions for the HVAC/R market.
