Our Client, an Engineering company in the U.S, seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the planning, design, development, testing, and production support of tools, machines, and accessory products for the HVAC/R industry.

This role provides technical leadership on new product development projects, mentors other engineers, and collaborates with vendors and cross-functional teams to bring concepts into production-ready solutions, while you drive innovation, ensure quality, and adhere to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
8+ years of progressively demanding experience in new product design & development.
Experience leading engineering projects and providing technical guidance to other engineers.
Strong 3D CAD knowledge.
Experience with Infor ERP.
EPA 608 Certification.
SolidWorks experience.
DBWorks or Enterprise PDM experience.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in reading and writing English.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, design, development, testing, and production support of tools, machines, and accessory products for the HVAC/R industry.
Provide technical leadership on new product development projects.
Support existing product improvements.
Mentor other engineers.
Work closely with vendors and cross-functional teams to bring engineering concepts into production-ready solutions.
