Talent With Heart seeks a Senior HVAC Product Development Engineer to lead design, optimization, and sustaining engineering for residential and commercial HVAC products. You will manage end-to-end NPD projects, drive regulatory compliance, and provide expertise across manufacturing, sales, quality, and supply chain teams.

The role requires deep knowledge of HVAC system design, thermodynamics, DFSS/DFMA, and hands-on lab testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required; MS preferred.
• 10+ years in product design and project engineering with proven releases of multiple product families.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, optimization, and sustaining engineering of HVAC systems.
• Manage end-to-end New Product Development projects and drive KPIs.
• Interface with regulatory agencies to maintain compliance.
• Provide guidance to manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and sales/marketing teams.
• Prepare BOMs, drawings, PCNs, and present designs to stakeholders.
