Job summary

Markent Personnel, Inc. is seeking a Senior HVAC Product Development Engineer to lead design, optimization, and sustaining engineering for residential and commercial HVAC families.

You will manage end-to-end New Product Development projects, drive agency compliance, and guide cross-functional teams across manufacturing, sales, quality, and supply chain. You will apply DFSS/DFMA principles, mentor engineers, and deliver robust engineering documentation while advancing product quality and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is required.
• Master’s degree (MS) preferred.
• 10+ years of product design and project engineering experience.
• Proven track record of releasing at least two product families.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, optimization, and qualification of HVAC systems.
• Manage NPD projects across full product lifecycle with KPIs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with testing agencies.
• Provide cross-functional guidance to manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and sales.
• Prepare BOMs, drawings, PCNs, and present designs to stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and apply DFSS/DFMA principles.
