Job summary

You will manage NPD projects, ensure compliance with industry standards, mentor junior engineers, and partner with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and sales teams to optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required; MS preferred.
• 10+ years of product design and project engineering experience; track record releasing at least two product families.

Responsibilities

• Design, optimize, and qualify residential and commercial HVAC systems using advanced simulation tools and experimental methods.
• Manage NPD projects across full product lifecycle with timelines, costs, and KPIs.
• Lead product qualification programs and interface with regulatory/testing agencies for compliance.
• Provide technical guidance to manufacturing, supply chain, quality, and sales/marketing teams.
• Prepare BOMs, engineering drawings, PCNs, and present designs to internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and drive DFSS/DFMA-based process improvements.
