You will coordinate crew members, trade foremen, and project managers to keep schedules and budgets aligned with design specs.

Responsibilities include supervising technicians, enforcing safety, reviewing plans and blueprints, and delivering clear progress reports.

Qualifications

• HVAC installation/repair experience; 3+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient understanding of HVAC systems, blueprints, and design specs.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• HVAC/R certification or licensing as required.

Responsibilities
