K Komfort Heating & Cooling is seeking an HVAC Foreman-Construction to lead a crew on construction sites across multiple markets. You will guide installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems while ensuring safety, quality, and code compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, project coordination, and the ability to read blueprints and specifications. A background in HVAC with supervisory experience is essential for success in this fast‑growing contractor environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; trade school certification preferred; college degree a plus.
• Several years of HVAC installation/repair experience with 3+ years in supervision.
• Proficient understanding of HVAC systems, blueprints, and design specs.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians on construction sites.
• Coordinate daily tasks and monitor project schedules and priorities.
• Provide training to crew members and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Review plans, budgets, and specs; liaise with project managers and engineers.
