Job summary

K Komfort Heating & Cooling, a fast-growing HVAC contractor, seeks an HVAC Foreman in the Construction division to lead a team of technicians on diverse construction projects. You will ensure installations are safe, code-compliant, and on budget while coordinating with project managers, engineers, and trade partners.

You will review plans, supervise installation, provide training, and enforce safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school cert preferred; college degree a plus.
• Several years of HVAC installation/repair experience with supervisory background (min 3 years).
• Strong leadership and team management skills with safety emphasis.
• Proficient understanding of HVAC systems, blueprints, and design specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians and installers on construction sites.
• Coordinate daily tasks according to project priorities and schedules; ensure safety and quality.
• Review project plans, budgets, and specifications to understand HVAC requirements.
• Maintain records, progress reports, and timesheets; liaise with project managers and engineers.
