Job summary

K Komfort Heating & Cooling is seeking an On-Site HVAC Project Manager to lead a team of technicians on construction sites across varied markets. You will ensure installations meet design specs, codes, and budget, while coordinating with project partners and management for timely delivery.

The role requires strong leadership, deep HVAC knowledge, and excellent communication skills to maintain safety, quality, and schedule adherence on demanding projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; trade school certification preferred; college degree a plus.
• Several years of experience in HVAC installation and repair, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient understanding of HVAC systems, blueprints, and design specifications.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians and installers on construction sites.
• Review project plans, blueprints, budgets, and specifications to understand HVAC requirements.
• Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems to meet standards and codes.
• Communicate with clients, engineers, and project managers; maintain progress logs and reports.
