You will review plans, coordinate with engineers and trade partners, manage materials, and supervise installation, testing, and quality control. The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and effective communication in a growing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; trade school certification preferred; college degree a plus.
• Several years of experience in HVAC installation and repair, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient understanding of HVAC systems, blueprints, and design specifications.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians and installers on construction sites.
• Review project plans, blueprints, budgets, and specifications to understand HVAC requirements and scope.
• Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
• Communicate with clients, engineers, and project managers; maintain logs and submit progress reports.
