Job summary

K Komfort Heating & Cooling is seeking an experienced On-Site Project Manager to oversee HVAC technicians and installers on construction sites. You will ensure installations are safe, on schedule, within budget, and compliant with codes and design specs.

Ideal candidates bring multiple years of HVAC installation/repair experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to coordinate with engineers and trade partners while maintaining high workmanship and safety standards.

Qualifications

• HVAC systems knowledge, installation and repair.
• Experience leading HVAC teams on construction projects.
• Strong safety and regulatory compliance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage HVAC technicians and installers on construction sites.
• Review plans, budgets and specs to understand HVAC requirements.
• Monitor schedules and coordinate with project stakeholders to meet deadlines.
