Job summary

K Komfort Heating & Cooling, a fast-growing HVAC contractor, is seeking an HVAC Foreman in its Construction division to lead a team on multiple construction projects across Wisconsin and beyond. You will ensure safe, on-budget installations meeting codes and design specs, acting as the primary liaison between crew, general contractor, project trades, and management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; trade school certification preferred; college degree a plus.
• Several years of HVAC installation and repair, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient understanding of HVAC systems, blueprints, and design specifications.
• Strong leadership and team management skills and detailed problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of HVAC technicians and installers on construction sites.
• Coordinate daily tasks according to project priorities and schedules.
• Provide guidance and training to crew members to enhance skill levels and performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
• Review project plans, budgets, and specifications to understand scope and requirements.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines; liaise with managers and trades.
• Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems and components.
• Communicate updates to clients and project managers; maintain logs and reports.
