Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a skilled Service Technician III - HVAC to join our Property Management team. You will inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in our single-family homes, contributing to resident satisfaction and cost controls.

The role requires strong customer service, safety awareness, and the ability to work on-call as needed. On-site work across Progress Residential properties with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in general service and maintenance (painting, plumbing, carpentry, electrical, drywall repair, etc.).
• HVAC Certification is preferred; EPA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC equipment and components.
• Perform preventative maintenance and required inspections.
• Ensure safety and compliance with company policies and regulations.
