Job summary

Progress Residential is seeking a Service Technician III - HVAC to support our single-family rental homes. The role involves inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems to ensure a superior resident experience.

Ideal candidates have at least five years of general service experience, HVAC and EPA certifications, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with safety and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Certification required.
• HVAC Certification preferred or required by job posting.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in Progress Residential single-family homes.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections and service requests.
• Repair or replace defective equipment or components.
• Maintain safety and compliance with company policies and regulations.
