Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• 4+ years of experience in HVAC service, technical field service, industrial maintenance, or related field.
• EPA Certification and HVAC-related certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, startup, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and controls issues with minimal supervision.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and system evaluations.
• Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings to customers and internal teams.
• Support equipment commissioning, startup activities, and operational verification.
• Coordinate with support teams to resolve complex field issues.
