Job summary

Aaon Coil Products Inc. is seeking a Service & Warranty Technician III to deliver advanced technical support for HVAC systems at customer locations in Redmond, OR.

You will diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and controls issues and lead commissioning for new equipment while mentoring junior staff. Typical duties include installation, startup, preventive maintenance, and performance evaluations to optimize equipment operation.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve highly complex field issues with minimal supervision.
• Experience mentoring junior technicians and supporting warranty investigations.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced installation, startup, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems at customer sites.
• Lead commissioning and startup activities for major upgrades.
• Provide technical guidance to Field Service Technicians I and II.
• Document service reports and technical records for each site.
