Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical HVAC Designer for the Advanced Manufacturing Group. You will design HVAC systems for heavy industrial clients, perform field investigations, size equipment, and prepare construction packages.

Qualifications

• Ten years of HVAC design experience in industrial facilities.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Thorough knowledge of HVAC codes and standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team with multiple deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with the project team remotely.

Responsibilities

• Layout and design of HVAC systems for heavy industrial clients.
• Develop conceptual and final construction documents (AFDs, P&IDs, general arrangements).
• Coordinate with other disciplines and prepare equipment sizing and selections.
• Ensure schedule adherence and meet technical quality expectations.
