Jacobs is seeking a Senior Mechanical HVAC Designer to join our Building Mechanical team. You will model and design HVAC systems for heavy industrial projects, perform field investigations, interface with clients and vendors, and prepare construction design packages.

Qualifications

• Ten years of HVAC design experience in industrial facilities.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Thorough knowledge of codes and standards for HVAC design.
• Ability to collaborate with the project team remotely.

Responsibilities

• Layout and design of HVAC systems.
• Development of conceptual and preliminary designs with sizing, AFDS/P&ID diagrams and general arrangements.
• Development of final construction documents for HVAC systems (chilled water, cooling water, etc.).
• Coordination with other disciplines.
