Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 4+ years in HVAC/BA or related construction projects.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with proven PM leadership and field ops.
• Experience in design, startup, commissioning, and turnover of BAS/controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC controls projects from design through commissioning and closeout.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, electricians, technicians, and admin staff.
• Manage project budget, billings, cash flow, and gross margin.
• Maintain client communication and develop long-term relationships.
• Review scope, directives, and changes; pursue change orders as needed.
