Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Controls Systems Technician to lead on-site control projects across the Milwaukee area. You will plan, program, install, and commission building automation systems, coordinating with customers and subcontractors to deliver high-quality results.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and safety, while pursuing change orders and ensuring warranty and documentation completion. A technical associate degree and hands-on HVAC controls experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience designing and commissioning HVAC controls systems.
• Strong ability to communicate technical material to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and execute HVAC controls projects on site from start to finish.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors and Johnson Controls staff.
• Ensure safety standards and project profitability while meeting deadlines.
