• Four years of field experience in HVAC or Building Automation.
• Hands-on design and commissioning of HVAC/building automation controls.
• Strong communication and leadership for project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC controls projects from design through commissioning and closeout.
• Coordinate day-to-day with subcontractors, electricians, and techs.
• Manage costs, billings, cash flow, and gross margin.
• Maintain customer communications and long-term relationships.
• Review scope, directives, and changes; pursue change orders when needed.
