Job summary

ENFRA Solutions seeks a Controls Analyst to support Energy-as-a-Service projects, focusing on HVAC optimization, trend analysis, and energy-savings verification across multi-building campuses in education and healthcare. You will translate engineering intent into control logic and lead complex troubleshooting with cross-disciplinary teams.

The role requires 5+ years in HVAC controls, strong communication, and experience with BAS platforms (Siemens, JCI, Niagara, Honeywell).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC controls, design, energy management, or related fields.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong scope management and scheduling skills.
• Ability to interact professionally with owners, contractors, engineers and architects to drive project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement energy conservation measures including room ventilation schedules per ASHRAE guidelines with the project delivery team.
• Lead surveys, documentation review, and due diligence to determine facility conditions and applicable energy measures.
• Participate in retro-commissioning and commissioning efforts on assigned projects.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and modify building automation system programming to implement measures within existing sequences.
• Interact with the project team to ensure high quality, functional and optimized systems.
