Johnson Controls, Inc. seeks an experienced professional to oversee the service, design, configuration, and operation of complete HVAC building control systems and related sub-systems.

You will ensure quality, timeliness, and efficiency of service and develop software and commissioning procedures to meet client goals. You will design, configure, test and submit drawings and schedules, order materials, assist in commissioning, and provide field changes for as-built documentation while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or minimum eight years of experience in construction, service or HVAC.
• Knowledge of control theory and building automation systems.
• Experience integrating low voltage subsystems using protocols (LON, BACnet).

Responsibilities

• Designs, configures and services complex building control systems for the facility.
• Develops software programs and commissioning to ensure proper operation.
• Creates drawings, bill of materials, network layouts, schedules and schematics.
• Orders materials, assists in loading and commissioning, and validates system functionality.
• Provides field change information for as-built drawings and communicates with customers, consultants and teams.
