Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation’s Automated Logic division seeks an experienced Sales Executive to drive outside sales in the HVAC/BAS space. The role focuses on selling solutions, building relationships with building owners, contractors, and engineers, and coordinating with engineering and service teams to deliver results.

The candidate will manage account portfolios, lead bids, and present compelling value propositions at industry events. A strong CRM background and proven leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in HVAC/BAS industry.
• 2+ years sales in HVAC/BAS industry.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with building owners, mechanical contractors, and consulting engineers.
• Manage an assigned account portfolio and support regional growth.
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
• Identify client needs and influence design and system decisions.
• Lead bid processes and negotiate to secure new business.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations and service teams.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field

2+ years of sales experience in HVAC/BAS Controls industry

5+ years of experience in HVAC/BAS Controls industry
