Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a high-performing Service Sales Engineer to accelerate revenue growth in an assigned territory. You will prospect, uncover complex operational needs, and position our climate and energy solutions to win contracts.

This field-based role blends business development with strategic relationships. You will cultivate executive-level relationships, coordinate with the Business Development team, and navigate long sales cycles to close high-value opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive sales experience.
• 2+ years of HVAC, Building Automation, commercial HVAC, blueprint drawings/design layouts, or construction.
• Ability to travel to local customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Proactively cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with prospective and key accounts.
• Identify new sales prospects and project leads within designated market segments.
• Spot qualified bid opportunities and participate in contract negotiations.
• Develop client leads and advance pipeline opportunities with internal teams.
• Represent the organization at industry events and conduct product presentations.
• Apply knowledge of systems and processes to improve sales performance metrics.
