Job summary

Carrier is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative for our Automated Logic business unit. You will manage strategic account relationships, drive growth, and lead cross-functional collaborations with engineering, operations, and service teams to deliver compelling building automation solutions.

You will navigate complex accounts, influence stakeholders, and own the transition from sale to execution, ensuring customer satisfaction and momentum throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the HVAC or BAS Controls industry.
• 1+ years of sales experience in the HVAC or BAS Controls industry.
• Valid and current Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with building owners, contractors, and engineers to grow accounts.
• Manage an assigned portfolio and identify high-potential prospects for regional growth.
• Represent the company at events to increase visibility and influence market perception.
• Understand client needs to uncover building and system inefficiencies.
• Influence design and specifications early in projects to integrate our solutions.
