Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Senior Transmission Line Project Manager to lead high voltage and EHV transmission line projects across the Power & Energy Management Team. Based in Houston, Austin, or Fort Worth with remote flexibility, the role emphasizes managing scope, budget, and client relationships while driving delivery excellence.

You will oversee project lifecycles from proposal to closeout, mentor staff, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, with travel as required to client sites and offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• 12+ years of post-education experience in project management within Power Delivery/Utility.
• 5+ years leading teams for HV/EHV transmission projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide PM leadership for HV and EHV transmission line projects, managing scope, budgets, and KPIs.
• Develop strategies to engage stakeholders and report on project progress.
• Lead pursuit activities, go/no-go decisions, and risk mitigation planning.
• Participate in contract negotiations and client presentations as needed.
• Ensure QA/QC compliance and supervise project staff for performance.
