Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. in the United States is seeking Senior Transmission Line Engineers to lead the design of high‑voltage lines from 69 kV to 765 kV. This hybrid role combines office work with work-from-home flexibility after the first 90 days.

You will guide project teams, coordinate with clients and vendors, and use PLS-CADD and related tools to produce precise models, schedules, and deliverables while ensuring safe, compliant and efficient project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
• EIT certification preferred.
• 6 years' experience in transmission line design.
• Proficiency with PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, MFAD or similar.
• Knowledge of NESC, IEEE, ASCE 7 and AISC.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design transmission lines from 69 kV to 765 kV.
• Lead small design teams and coordinate deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients and vendors to select materials and routes.
• Provide construction support and attend meetings.
• Ensure project execution from start to finish.
