Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking Senior Transmission Line Engineers to lead high‑voltage line design projects (69 kV to 765 kV).

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with office and home days after an initial 90 days, and opportunities across multiple Texas offices, plus Washington state remote options. You will guide design teams, use PLS-CADD for precise modeling, and coordinate with clients and vendors to optimize routes, conductors, and pole utilization while ensuring construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• 6 years' experience in transmission line design.
• Familiar with PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, and MFAD/L-Pile.
• Knowledge of NESC, IEEE, ASCE 7, and AISC.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design transmission lines from 69 kV to 765 kV using PLS-CADD to develop models, sag calculations, and drawings.
• Collaborate with clients and vendors to determine project needs and optimize routes and materials.
• Lead small design teams to prepare scoping documents, design criteria, and deliverables.
• Support construction activities and participate in meetings and coordination efforts.
• Perform other duties as required.
