Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking Senior Transmission Line Engineers to lead high‑voltage transmission line projects (69 kV to 765 kV). The role offers a hybrid work model after 90 days and can be based in multiple Texas offices or Kennewick, WA, with remote options depending on location.

You will guide design teams, collaborate with clients and vendors, and ensure successful project execution from concept through construction. Strong knowledge of PLS‑CADD and related tools is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, mechanical, or electrical engineering.
• EIT certification preferred.
• 6 years' experience specifically with transmission line design.
• Strong knowledge of PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, MFAD, and L-Pile.
• Familiar with NESC, IEEE, ASCE 7 and AISC.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design transmission lines from 69 kV to 765 kV using PLS-CADD.
• Collaborate with clients and vendors to identify materials and design solutions.
• Lead small design teams to prepare scoping documents and deliverables.
• Provide engineering support during construction and attend construction meetings.
• Perform other duties as required.
