Job summary

Dashiell, Port Arthur, TX, is seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee field testing, commissioning, and maintenance across multiple projects. You will manage schedules, budgets, safety, and client satisfaction, and may perform hands‑on testing as required.

The position is based at our Port Arthur, TX office (930 S Business Park Dr, Port Arthur, TX 77640) and reports to the Vice President, Field Services. Travel and leadership of field crews and subcontractors are required while maintaining high

Qualifications

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field.
Minimum 7 years in high‑voltage electrical testing and commissioning with supervisory experience.
Ability to manage multiple projects with scope, schedule, budget, and revenue responsibility.

Responsibilities

Supervise multiple Field Service projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality.
Manage revenue and margins; monitor financials and take corrective actions.
Plan resources and equipment across projects to meet client schedules.
Represent the company in client meetings with professional communication.
Provide technical direction, training, and performance feedback to field staff.
Lead safety programs, conduct JSTAs and safety briefings, and report incidents.
