William Charles Electric, a MasTec company, seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead renewable energy and high-voltage power-delivery projects across the Midwest and beyond. You will manage the full construction scope, ensuring safe, high-quality work delivered on schedule while coordinating across multiple disciplines.

You are expected to travel up to 75% and lead diverse teams, maintaining budget discipline and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 7 years of related construction industry experience/knowledge of construction techniques, estimating and construction management.
• Supervisory experience overseeing multiple trades on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project team with PM to foster a respectful, productive environment.
• Direct overall project direction, coordination and evaluation.
• Oversee construction workers and foremen, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor progress and ensure safety, quality and on-time delivery.
